A: The Village of Tampa offers an urban location with suburban surrounding. There is a heated swimming pool for year around enjoyment, a recreation center/clubhouse that offers free social gathering for residents, complete kitchen facility, billiards and a complete fitness center. Outdoor entertainment also includes a 1.5 acre lake, basketball court, playground, and RV and boat storage on site. We have a gated entrance and security patrols every evening and a neighborhood watch program.
A: The site rent at the Village is only $447.00 and $457.00 for lakefront and includes lawn service, trash pick up, all property taxes and all of course the amenities mentioned above.
Q: Do you have new and resale homes for sale?
A: The Village has both new and resale homes available within the community. We offer “in-house” financing with interest rates starting from only 6.6% fixed for 30-years.
Q: How affordable are the new homes?
A: We have 3-4 bedrooms as low as $39,990. and some re-sales starting as low as $10,000.
A: The rules and regulations allow for 1-2 pets at The village of Tampa, with large variety of approved breeds.
Q: Are there schools convenient to this location?
A: There are in fact three elementary schools within 3 miles of the community, 2 high schools within 6 miles and two middle schools within 4 miles. We also feature two of the State’s premier colleges-The University of South Florida and The University of Tampa, just minutes away.

A: We have a major public bus stop just outside our gates that will offer transportation to all surrounding areas, and of course the school transportation picks up from the same convenient location.

A: Yes, we offer on site professional management that is there for your satisfaction, as well as 24-hour emergency maintenance for certain exterior plumbing problems.
Q: Are the new homes hurricane proof?
A: Although no homes are “hurricane proof” our Palm Harbor Homes feature the BEST safety record of any Manufactured homes in Florida, and are built to withstand 120 mile an hours sustained winds.
